Workast Startups Program Participant Terms

Your organization (“you” or “your”) may be eligible to receive a Startups Program promotional code (“Coupon Code”). Workast, Inc. (“Workast”) may collect information from you to verify whether you meet the program eligibility criteria.

By submitting your information, you agree that Workast may use the information to verify your eligibility, including sharing this information with a third-party provider.

Workast may determine your eligibility for the Startups Program and whether to issue any Coupon Code at its sole discretion.

Workast may also change the program eligibility criteria at any time in its sole discretion.

Current program eligibility criteria include: (1) you are a startup business associated with a Workast-approved incubator or venture capital partner; (2) you have a public company website and a unique company email domain (generic email domains and stealth websites will not be accepted); (3) you have not undergone a change of control, initial public offering, or funding round beyond Series B or larger than $15 million; (4) you have been in business for 5 years or less; and (5) you and your organization, including any companies you have acquired or been spun off or divested from, must not have previously purchased a paid Workast subscription plan, received any previous coupon code or discount from Workast, or participated in the Startups Program.

You may only use one Coupon Code, not a Coupon Code in combination with any other offers or codes, and may not share your Coupon Code with any third party. Coupon Codes may only be applied toward a new Workast premium subscription (Standard or Professional as defined in https://www.workast.com/pricing/) and may not be applied to prior payments or other purchases.

Coupon Codes are not redeemable for cash and expire six months after the Coupon Code is issued or upon your ceasing to meet the eligibility criteria for the Startups Program.

Workast may discontinue its Startups Program or Coupon Codes at any time, for any reason, and at its sole discretion.

By applying for or receiving credits or otherwise participating in the Startups Program, you grant Workast a worldwide, fully paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use your name, logo, and other marks to identify you as a Workast customer and Startups Program participant in Workast marketing materials.
