Lists

Week #1 - Paperwork: Use this list to manage all the paperwork-related tasks and information for the new employee, such as job details, compensation, benefits, and termination conditions. Assign responsible parties, set due dates, and track completion.

Week #2 - Onboarding: This list focuses on onboarding. Schedule meetings, introductions, orientation, training, and mentor matching using this list. Assign tasks, set goals, and track progress to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Custom Fields

Department: Utilize the Department custom field to specify the department or team responsible for each task. Assign the appropriate department tag, such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc., to ensure clear ownership and accountability.

Status: Use the Status custom field to track the progress of each task. Assign tags like upcoming, pending, overdue, not started, active, or canceled to reflect the task's current status.

Priority: Set the Priority custom field to indicate the importance or urgency of a task. Assign low, medium, or high tags to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
